How to Fill Online Police Verification Form 2023
For online police verification you need to keep the following documents:
- SSC, HSC, Honours, Masters and NTRCA original certificate
- NID original copy
- Citizenship certificate of permanent address
- Any 1 electricity bill/gas bill at permanent address
- NID of Father, Mother, Spouse
- Original copy of Head of Department and Characteristic/Testimonial of the institution where Bachelors/Masters last studied.
All the above documents should be scanned and uploaded to the online verification form in pdf format. Collect the documents today.

4th Public Circular Police Verification 2023
Recently NTRCA released the final result of the fourth public notification. 32 thousand 438 candidates have been selected in the result. A notification from NTRCA informed about the publication of the results.
32 thousand 438 candidates have been initially selected for the purpose of recommending the appointment of teachers to vacant posts under MPO in private educational institutions. Primary election results are available on the website of NTRCA in the service box named 4th Public Notice.
Apart from this, the selected candidates and heads of institutions have been notified of the results through SMS. Selected candidates can check the result by logging in with their application ID and mobile number. Heads of educational institutions can view the details of selected candidates in their institutions using their respective user ID and password. If any selected candidate or head of institution does not receive any message due to technical reasons, they can check the primary election results from the Fourth Public Notice-2022 service box on the NTRCA website.
The notification also asked the selected candidates to fill the police verification form online. Candidates selected in the fourth public notification have to fill and submit the Police Verification Form (V-Roll) online. The instructions regarding submission of the form will be notified later on through the notification on the NTRCA website and through SMS on the selected candidate’s mobile phone.
On December 21, 2022, NTRCA released the fourth public notification for the recruitment of 68 thousand 390 teachers.
